This week has been shit.

I got a virus/food poisoning on Sunday night, early in the am of Monday. It lasted for … a few days and my fiance had to take care of me. And then I started my period around the same time as well. Needless to say I am just having the crappiest of weeks. 

I haven’t had any real alone time with him… and my body still hurts a bit and meh… I can’t do my Insanity workouts this weeks. I JUST STARTED THE DAMN THING. ugh. :( He said I would have to pretty much just restart it from the beginning since I was started my second week and my body is weak from the break.

And to add another thing. I am no longer eating organic food. That is what fucked up my stomach. Along with my dumb ass eating a tiny piece of pizza and Wendy’s. [Which I only got a chicken sandwich and a small fry.] I dunno. But…. I’m just not touching that crap again.

I don’t really even know when it is okay to eat regular food again. I’m afraid of food. Like, what can get me sick. I had a tiny bit of rice yesterday and a grilled cheese sandwich… I am eating applesauce and some fruit.. There was a hotdog the other day that I was craving… I took a bite and almost threw it up. So. I spit it out and practically wanted to kill myself. ._.

I don’t want to turn this into an ED like I did before. But food is making me nauseous again.
Blah, just rambling for my own good. Kind of like a diary….
